  • Our hourly rate is $120 per hour + GST, and we'll provide you with a detailed quote based on your project requirements. We require a 50% deposit before we begin, with the remaining balance due once you're 110% happy with the final outputs. We also have set package pricing for each of our service offerings, so feel free to get in touch to discuss which option is best for you.

  • We believe that a solid plan is essential to success, so we start with planning, research, and discovery sessions with our clients. This helps us understand your creative goals, business targets, target audience, and look and feel. Once we're on the same page, we move on to the initial concept phase. We then work through two rounds of amends followed by the final outputs.

  • Turnaround time depends on the project, but we always strive to meet your desired deadline. Our small brand package takes a minimum of 4 weeks, while our comprehensive brand package takes 8 weeks. During busy periods, such as the lead up to Christmas, we may have a one week lead time on projects. The sooner you can book a project in with us, the better. Once a project is underway we turn artwork around within a 3-4 day window.

  • We offer two rounds of amends as standard, but we're happy to work on additional rounds of amends at our hourly rate. We'll always discuss any project scope changes with you in advance to ensure we find the best solution for your needs.

  • We understand that every client's budget is different, and we're always open to discussing what works best for you. If your budget compromises the design, we'll let you know and make recommendations moving forward. We can also tailor quotes to have fewer rounds of revisions, which can save on overall budget and time.

  • Absolutely! Working with good sorts who are doing their bit for the community is what we are passionate about. If you are looking for a creative partner who shares your same passion for giving back and leaving things better than you found them, we would love to hear from you.

  • If you need something urgently, we'll do our best to meet your deadline. However, we may need to charge our ‘overtime’ rate of $250 + GST per hour. We'll always discuss this with you in advance so that there are no surprises.

  • When we finish working on your project and you've paid for our services, we'll give you all the final files you need to print or use the graphics we've created. However, the original files we used to make those graphics will remain our property, and we won't give them to you as part of the design fee. If you do want those files, we can give you a separate quote or charge for them. But don't worry, we're always here to help and make sure you have everything you need to use your new designs.
